NY PDs on SAFE Act feature-test calendars: live law still uses the one-feature test including pistol grip, muzzle brake, and shroud. If this chapters, a pistol-grip-only rifle and a brake/shroud-only pistol drop out. Until then, plead the live 2013 definition. Portable AWB analogue — not a California charge.
